Texbooks
Our textbooks are shrink-wrapped and bundled with a one-year license to the Pedosphere.com Soil Science Test Center. Therefore, unwrapped textbooks can not be returned for any reason unless the product is damaged and you contact Salman Productions Inc. (sales_help@salmanproductions.com) within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will provide the customer with one replacement after the damaged product has been returned to us and meets the approval of being damaged. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of these returns and these costs are not the responsibility of Salman Productions Inc.

Pedosphere.com Soil Science Test Center
Membership on the Pedosphere.com Soil Science Test Center is through the purchase of a license. Complete instructions for registration are given on web site (http://testcenter.pedosphere.com/information.cfm). Any questions, comments or problems should be reported to us by email at admin@pedosphere.com, phone [(780) 416-4724] or fax at [(780) 416-4725]. Membership licenses are not refundable unless the problems are reported to us within 30 days of the purchase of the license and meet the approval of being faulty. Efforts will be made to solve the problems identified by the customer.
