The Vision for Pedosphere.Com Global Network Since its inception in 1999, Pedosphere.com aimed to become an extensive repository of Soil Science knowledge through partnerships with major international organizations and also be an active player in global Soil Science education by creating high quality, interactive resources that engage both students and instructors. In order to fulfill this vision, we have now started the Pedosphere.com Global Network which will bring individuals together for the specific purpose of Soil Science knowledge management and global education. We hope to gather experts in the fields such as Soil Science, Earth System Science, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Education, IT and Business to promote Soil Science globally. Contributions can be in the form of expert advice; writing editorials; providing interviews; developing courseware, tutorials, glossaries, and virtual field trips; and questions and answers for the Pedosphere.com Soil Science Test Center.
